No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and makes it easier to view your orders in one place.

You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout, including PayPal. All prices on our store are shown in US dollars (USD).

Your payment is taken when you place the order so we can confirm it and reserve your items. We then dispatch your order within 48-72 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

If an item turns out to be out of stock, we will email you with an updated timeline or alternative options.

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused and unopened, in its original condition
• In the original packaging, with all tags attached (if applicable)
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase (order number or email is fine)

How to start a return:

1. Contact us at shoppiearth.in@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We review your request and, if approved, email you a prepaid return shipping label. You won't pay anything to send the item back.
3. Pack the item securely and attach the label.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we email you to confirm your refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following can't be returned:

• Personal care and hygiene items (once opened)
• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable goods
• Sale or clearance items and gift cards

Not sure if your item qualifies? Contact us before ordering or before requesting a return.

We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to return what you have and, once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately at shoppiearth.in@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order number, and we will make it right, with a replacement or a refund, your choice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we email you to let you know whether your refund is approved.

• If approved, you are refunded automatically to your original payment method within 3 business days.
• Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund to your account.

If you haven't seen your refund 10 business days after our approval email, contact us at shoppiearth.in@gmail.com and we will look into it.

That is an estimated 10-18 business days in total from order confirmation.

Orders are sent from India, so they may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by US customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or it arrives damaged, please email shoppiearth.in@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if it is damaged).

We will work with the courier to locate, replace or refund your order in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Email us at shoppiearth.in@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched within 48-72 hours, and we can only try to cancel an order that has not shipped yet.
