We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return
- Item must be unused, unopened
- Must include original packaging
- Must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if

- Wrong item received

Resolution Process

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used personal care products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing packaging
- Books that show signs of use, damage, or wear

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like to replace an item:
- Request a return for the original item within 14 days(subject to approval)
- Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item
This ensures faster processing and product availability

- Exchange is only possible for eligible items (unused and in original condition)
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost
Refund Process
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
- If the item is returned in unused, unopened, and resalable condition, a full refund will be issued.
