Where We Ship From

All Shoppiearth products are made and shipped from our facility in India. We dispatch all orders within 48–72 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

Shipping to the USA

Shipping Cost:

  • Orders under $20 USD: $6 USD shipping
  • Orders $20 USD or more: FREE shipping

Delivery Time:

  • Order Processing (Dispatch): 48–72 hours (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays)
  • Transit Time: [8–15] business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or courier network issues beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the USA are sent from India and may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by US customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Order Confirmation & Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation once it's dispatched. If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline or alternative options.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Shoppiearth is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at [support email] within 12 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [support email] with your order number. We'll work with the courier to locate, replace, or refund your order in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
