All orders are processed and delivered through our trusted fulfilment and logistics partners, including Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD (depending on availability and location)

- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after dispatch within the United Kingdom.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, high demand, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over £30.00 GBP
- £2.99 GBP Standard Shipping on orders below £30.00 GBP
All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
We do not charge any hidden fees.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
